A day of snow, action and team spirit

Building an igloo together? It turns out that has quite a lot in common with building a strong team. ❄️

You build it block by block. Everyone plays their part. And only when you work well together does the whole thing hold up.

That is exactly why, at E’Log, we make a point of bringing the whole team together on a regular basis. Most recently, we headed to SnowWorld Antwerp for a team day packed with igloo building, skiing, snowboarding, tubing and, above all, plenty of fun.

But a day like this is about more than just being active together. It is also a chance to look ahead, catch up and help new colleagues get to know the team better. That is what makes it worthwhile: it strengthens the atmosphere, shortens the lines of communication and makes collaboration even smoother.

Because strong solutions are not built on technical expertise alone. They are built by people who know how to work together.
