As a Project Manager, you’ll join our dynamic team and serve as the primary contact during projects. These range from making minor adjustments to existing installations to upgrading obsolete components to constructing new warehouses.

You will work at our Temse or Herentals branch, depending on where you live. We serve clients throughout Belgium, with occasional projects abroad.

Your responsibilities

• Establishing and maintaining internal and external relationships through clear communication
• Organising and leading meetings, both internally and with clients and suppliers, taking minutes, and following up on resulting tasks
• Monitoring project costs and progress, identifying and managing risks, finding solutions to unexpected challenges
• Developing and updating project plans
• Creating and managing the project budget
• Participating in the sales process and service-related tasks

What we ask

• A bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in industrial engineering or a related field
• Excellent command of Dutch, English, and French
• Knowledge of Excel, MS Project, and AutoCAD
• Experience with budget management and financial reporting
• Technical expertise and logistical insight
• Commercial mindset
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Good analytical problem-solving skills
• Organised and structured
• Motivated, flexible, and eager to learn
