From discovery to Go-Live

At E’Log Automation, we set logistics processes in motion with smart software and innovative automation solutions. With E’WES, our own Warehouse Execution System, we help companies gain more control over their warehouse operations.

In this role, you guide customers from the initial analysis through to a successful go-live. You dive into their logistics processes, map out their needs and challenges and translate them into an efficient implementation of E’WES. You coordinate the entire process, from workshops and project planning to configuration, testing, training and aftercare.

You are the central point of contact for the customer and ensure that all parties involved work together towards the same goal.

What makes this role special is the combination of impact and entrepreneurship. As one of the first E’WES implementation experts, you not only deliver projects, but also help build the implementation methodology, standards and best practices that will form the foundation for future customers and colleagues. You feed the insights you gain from customers directly back to our product team, giving you an active role in the further development of the platform.

We are looking for someone with experience in logistics automation, production environments or software that supports operational processes. You understand how a warehouse or industrial environment works, communicate easily with both operators and management, and know how to turn complex issues into pragmatic solutions.
