As Technical Support Spare Parts, you’ll join our dynamic team and provide customers and internal teams with technical assistance on spare parts for various systems and equipment.

Your responsibilities

  • Helping customers determine the necessary spare parts
  • Managing the spare parts inventory
  • Requesting prices, payment conditions, and delivery times from suppliers
  • Preparing quotes, placing and tracking orders, and preparing orders for shipment
  • Communicating with engineers, technicians, and administration officers

What we ask

  • A technical degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experience with or knowledge of electrical and mechanical parts
  • Fluent in Dutch and English (French is a plus)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Organised and structured
  • Motivated, flexible, and eager to learn
  • Resilient, good under pressure, and capable of meeting deadlines
