Service Desk & IT Application Lead

At E’Log Automation, we are continuously building innovative logistics solutions. With E’WES, our own warehouse execution system, we already support customers today and we continue to roll out and optimise our software. To support this growth, we are looking for a Service Desk & IT Application Lead to take on a key role in further developing and professionalising our support organisation.

In this role, you combine building a professional service desk with the functional management of our business applications. You support users of Odoo, Microsoft 365 and SharePoint and develop the processes, tools and structure needed for an efficient support operation.

You are responsible for the entire service desk operation, from intake and escalations to knowledge management, SLA monitoring and documentation. You also take on functional ownership of Odoo and Microsoft 365, manage improvement initiatives and ensure that processes and applications become ever more efficient. In doing so, you work closely with our CIO, developers and external IT partners.

What makes this role unique is that you don’t just solve problems, but also tackle their underlying causes. You analyse recurring questions and implement improvements so that users need less support. At the same time, you oversee the management of licences, user rights, the laptop fleet and collaboration with external suppliers.

You have experience with business applications, service management and user support. Knowledge of Odoo or a comparable ERP platform is an asset, as is familiarity with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint. You work in a structured way, communicate clearly and get energy from building and improving processes.
